π‚πšπ¦π’π§πšπ§ππ¨, π›πšπ’π₯𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨, 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐒𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨 β€” 𝐞𝐬𝐨 𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐒𝐨́𝐧.




β€œI can’t meditate because my mind isn’t calm.”



Almost everyone says this. And almost everyone misunderstands what meditation really is.



Meditation is not about calming, controlling, or suppressing the mind.

It’s not about sitting still and forcing silence.



True meditation is being fully present.

It’s about becoming awareβ€”of your body, your breath, your partner, your surroundingsβ€”and ultimately connecting with something greater: the universal energy that flows through all of us.



That’s why one of the core principles of Tango Zen is:

Tango is a form of walking meditation.



When we dance with presence, we’re not just moving to music.

We’re aligning with energyβ€”sharing it, surrendering to it, becoming part of it.



You don’t have to sit in lotus position.

You can walk.

You can dance.

You can even arrange flowers.



What matters is this: Are you connected?

That’s meditation.

That’s Tango Zen.

β€œNo puedo meditar porque mi mente no estΓ‘ tranquila.”



Casi todos dicen esto. Y casi todos malinterpretan lo que realmente es la meditaciΓ³n.



La meditaciΓ³n no se trata de calmar, controlar o suprimir la mente.

No se trata de sentarse en silencio forzado.



La verdadera meditaciΓ³n es estar plenamente presente.

Es tomar concienciaβ€”del cuerpo, de la respiraciΓ³n, del compaΓ±ero, del entornoβ€”y, finalmente, conectar con algo mΓ‘s grande: la energΓ­a universal que nos atraviesa a todos.



Por eso uno de los principios fundamentales de Tango Zen es:

El tango es una forma de meditaciΓ³n caminada.



Cuando bailamos con presencia, no solo nos movemos con la mΓΊsica.

Nos alineamos con la energΓ­aβ€”la compartimos, nos entregamos, y nos volvemos parte de ella.



No hace falta sentarse en posiciΓ³n de loto.

PodΓ©s caminar.

PodΓ©s bailar.

Incluso podΓ©s arreglar flores.



Lo importante es esto: ΒΏEstΓ‘s conectado?

Eso es meditaciΓ³n.

Eso es Tango Zen.
